Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the garment/s and the use of the website.
  2. The Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses the Charlie.R website.
  3. By using the Charlie.R website you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Charlie.R Terms and Conditions apply to all users who are consumers for the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, as amended.

Privacy Policy

Charlie.R endeavours to take all reasonable measures to protect the privacy of its customers.

Exchange Policy

Charlie.R has a 2 (two) step process:

(STEP 1):

    1. Provide Charlie.R with clear pictures of the garment/s purchased. Charlie.R requires pictures of both the inside and outside of the garment/s. The pictures can be e-mailed to us at sales@charlier.co.za.

(STEP 2):

    1. Please ensure that the garment/s are unworn and the tags are intact and attached.
    2. Use a reliable courier service to send the exchange garment/s to our address in Johannesburg (address is provided below). Please ensure to include the following details (a) full name (b) contact details. Please forward us the courier details and tracking number to sales@charlier.co.za. Upon receiving the tracking details, we will issue you with an e-mail voucher equivalent to your exchange value. You can then use this voucher to shop for your replacement item.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 (thirty) days to exchange the garment, provided that the garment is unworn and has all tags intact.

Delivery Information

  1. Your order will be shipped within 36 (thirty-six) business hours of Charlie.R receiving receipt of the payment and/or payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery will take place within the following time frames:
  • Major City Centres: 3-5 business days
  • Outlying Areas: 5-10 business days
